No legal fog. Here's exactly what happens to anything you type into this website.

The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms, and nothing else. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no analytics on this site.
- We use it to contact you and to do the work you hired us for. That's all.
- We never sell it, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
- We never ask for your passwords. Our onboarding form has no password field, by design.
- Email contact@tapdigitalpro.comand we'll delete everything we hold on you.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into a form on this site — typically your company name, your name, your email and phone number, and details about the marketing tools your business uses. On our onboarding form, the only thing you actually have to give us is a company name. Everything else is optional.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. We are not building a profile of you as you browse.
What we never collect
Passwords and logins. There is no password field anywhere on this site, including on our onboarding form. When we need access to one of your marketing accounts, you add us as a user or a partner inside that platform, so no credential ever changes hands and you can remove us whenever you want. If a tool genuinely has no way to invite someone, we set it up with you over the phone rather than asking you to type it into a website. Either way it never passes through a form on this site.
We also don't ask for payment card numbers, bank details, or government ID through this site. If anything claiming to be from us ever does, it isn't us — call 801-599-2813 before entering anything.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to prepare proposals, and to set up and run the marketing work you've engaged us for. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
Two companies handle form submissions on their way to us, and only for that purpose:
- Vercelhosts this website and serves the pages you're reading.
- Web3Forms passes form submissions to our email inbox.
Once a submission reaches us, it lives in our business email and, where relevant, our own project tools. If you later become a client, we'll be working inside your marketing platforms — that data stays yours, in your accounts, under your ownership.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we keep while we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Client records we keep for as long as we work together and afterwards where we're required to for tax and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your choices
Email contact@tapdigitalpro.com and we'll tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't make it difficult. Depending on where you live you may have a formal legal right to this; either way, just ask.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you're a client, we'll tell you directly rather than quietly editing this page.
